Submission Categories and Practitioner’s Track
The conference features two broad tracks:
- Research Track: Academic-oriented papers.
- Practitioner Track: Case studies and initiatives by corporates and NGOs.
Both tracks allow submissions in the following categories:
- Full Paper: 15–20 pages
- Short Paper/Work in Progress: 10–12 pages
- Practitioner Presentation Abstract: 1 page
- Poster Presentation: 1 page
Paper Submission Guidelines
Abstracts:
- Word limit: 200 words
- Format: Microsoft Word, 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman (size 12)
- Keywords: Include 3–5 keywords below the abstract
- Content: Highlight the purpose, methodology, significance, and conclusions
Document Specifications:
- Language: English only
- Page Size: ISO A4 (210 x 297 mm)
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Font: Times New Roman (size 10)
Referencing Style: APA Style (www.apastyle.org)
Submission Process:
- Submit your papers via the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICSC2025
- Include an author profile and a photograph (template available on the conference website).
Paper Publication
- Accepted Papers: Published in Special Conference Proceedings by a reputed publisher.
- Indexing: Proceedings indexed in leading databases like Scopus and Web of Science.
- Extended Papers: Selected papers to appear in special issues of reputed international journals.
Best Paper Awards
- Two awards: one for the Research Track and one for the Practitioner Track.
- All presented submissions are eligible.
- Judged by a panel of experts.
- Awards include a citation and a prize.
- Winners announced during the valedictory session.
